How will I get access to my bike?

Use our booking page to book a slot (from 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri) and your bike will be ready. You will need either your booking number or photo ID before the vehicle can be ridden away.

Insurance and protection, what does it look like?

All bikes are insured as standard for £10,000 against fire, theft and accidental damage. Photos will be taken of the vehicle on each entry/exit to protect both you and our team. Our warehouse style unit will protect your bike from the elements, keeping it dry and away from dust. We will also cover each bike with an individual waterproof cloth covering as an extra precaution.
